1. Preamble
The publishing company of the SIWONE store is an individual company registered with the Paris RCS under number 89111592500010 and whose head office is located at 27 Av. Daumesnil, 75012 Paris, offers an online sales service on the site siwoneparis.com. by mail order of fashion accessories and clothing.
The purpose of these general conditions of sale (the “CGV”) is to define the rights and obligations of the customer making an online purchase (the “Customer”) on the one hand, and of SIWONE, on the other hand, (hereinafter after together referred to as the Parties and individually a Party), on the occasion of this purchase.
SIWONE reserves the right to modify at any time the General Terms and Conditions which will be applicable to any order placed after this modification. The current General Terms and Conditions can be consulted at any time on the site.

The contract is deemed concluded between the Parties at the time of acceptance of an online order by the Customer.
When concluding the contract, the General Terms and Conditions written in French, in their version in force on the date of the order, are accepted by the Customer who acknowledges having read them and that his relations with SIWONE in the context of this purchase are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any other document.
The General Terms and Conditions are in force between the Parties for the duration necessary for the execution of the Customer's order.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by SIWONE constitutes proof of all transactions entered into by SIWONE with the Site's Customers.
3. Products
3.1. Description
We strive to provide the Customer with the most complete information regarding the Products sold on the Site.
However, the descriptions and visual representations of the Products are given for information purposes only. In the event of an error which does not relate to the substantial quality of the Product, SIWONE cannot be held liable.
3.2. Availability
The Products are offered for sale on the Site while stocks last. SIWONE cannot be held liable in the event that the Customer orders a Product which is no longer in stock.
As far as possible, information relating to the availability of the Products is transmitted to the Customer at the time of the order: item available; item not available, item on pre-order.
3.3. Price
The prices of the Products offered on the Site are mentioned in euros and all taxes included.
We reserve the right to modify the prices of the Products during the duration of their sale on the Site, in compliance with the regulations in force. The prices applicable to an order are those in effect on the date of the order as mentioned in the Product description sheet. Under no circumstances can fluctuations in the price of a Product give rise to a complaint or cancellation of an order by the Customer.
If, for the same Product, different prices are mentioned in different locations on the Site (home page for example), only the price in the Product description sheet is authentic.
4. order
The sale offer is aimed exclusively at individuals acting in a private capacity, adults, enjoying their legal capacity to contract.
Any order placed on the Site requires the creation by the Customer of a User account (the “User Account”) under the conditions defined by the General Conditions of Use of the Site. The Customer will be bound by any order made from his User Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or close the Account of a Customer who contravenes the stipulations of the General Terms and Conditions as well as the French legal and regulatory provisions in force.

The information relating to the contract (Products ordered, price, delivery address, amount of contribution to shipping costs, etc.) brought to the Customer's attention at the time of the order is presented in French, English or Spanish. They are subject to confirmation by email sent by SIWONE to the Customer upon completion of the order. It is recommended that the Customer keep this confirmation email or print it.
Orders are processed in the order of arrival and subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order of a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
5. payment
The Customer can pay for his order:
- by credit card, directly online on the Site. The bank cards accepted are: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The card is debited immediately, including for items not immediately available. Transactions carried out online are subject to security measures which protect sensitive data linked to means of payment as effectively as possible;

6. Delivery

We undertake to deliver the Products to the Customer as quickly as possible following receipt of payment. The usual average delivery times for available products are 5 working days in mainland France.
When an order concerns several Products with different availability dates, the shipment date of the Products is based on the earliest availability date. SIWONE, however, reserves the right to split shipments.
SIWONE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay.
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. SIWONE cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from an error by the Customer in the information provided (loss of the Product, late delivery, etc.). Any costs resulting from such an error will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery is by post or Colissimo.
In the case of sending by Colissimo, if the Customer is not present at the delivery address indicated in his order on the day of delivery, a delivery notice is left in his mailbox. It is up to the Customer to collect the package from the postal services, under the conditions mentioned on the delivery notice.
7. Reservation of title clause
The Products remain the property of SIWONE until full payment of the price.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.121-20-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the Product, without having to justify reasons for this retraction; the customer will have to pay postal costs.

The Product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, that is to say in its original condition, complete (packaging, booklet, etc.) and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice/receipt. return sent by SIWONE to the Customer, the name and postal code of the Customer. Products returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
The risks associated with the return of the Product, whatever the cause, rest with the Customer. If the Product is lost or damaged during this shipment, the Customer will be solely responsible and cannot be reimbursed.
9. product conformity
SIWONE refunds or exchanges any Product received by the Customer that does not correspond to their order. The return of such a Product must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days following its receipt by the Customer.
10. guarantees
SIWONE is liable for any lack of conformity existing during delivery of the Product. The Customer must take action resulting from the lack of conformity within two years from delivery of the Product.
It is also liable for hidden defects in the Products. The Customer must take action to guarantee hidden defects within two years following receipt.
11. responsibility
SIWONE is responsible for the proper execution of its obligations under the General Terms and Conditions, whether these obligations are to be performed by itself or by other service providers, without prejudice to its right of recourse against them.
However, SIWONE may exempt itself from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of its obligations is attributable either to the Customer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or in a case of force majeure.

Personal data relating to the Customer and collected by SIWONE or its contractual partners for the purposes of providing the Service are processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. . The processing of this data has been declared to the CNIL.
